All items must be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all Doppiaa garment tags attached, within 15 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
To make the return, the customer must contactdoppiaacustomerservice@doppiaa.itindicating the data relating to the shipment, the data relating to the garment to return and the reason for the return.
Please take care of the conditions with which the returned item is shipped. The courier is authorized to report any deformation of the package that could, in any way, alter the quality of the returned item.
